Senior Associate – CEO Office

About the role

Inception42, a G42 company based in Abu Dhabi, is seeking a Senior Associate for the CEO Office to tackle priority business problems, lead cross‑functional initiatives and improve office operations using AI‑enabled solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Frame ambiguous business problems, test hypotheses and diagnose root causes using data and stakeholder input.
• Build business cases, financial analyses and executive briefs to support decision‑making.
• Lead initiatives from scope definition through implementation, applying PMO discipline, RAID management and benefit realization.
• Maintain a decision‑ready view of CEO Office priorities and drive follow‑through across functions.

Required profile

• Proven experience in strategy, operations, transformation or a CEO/Chief of Staff office, with a track record of diagnosing complex problems and delivering solutions without formal authority.
• Strong command of integrated planning, critical‑path management, governance cadences, KPI reporting and benefit realization.
• Hands‑on AI capability – you have built and tested an AI‑enabled workflow or tool and can articulate its value and limitations.

Required skills

• Advanced quantitative and commercial judgment, including business case development and scenario analysis.
• Proficiency with data analysis tools, spreadsheets and dashboards.
• Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements and prototype AI‑assisted solutions.
