About the role
PwC is seeking a Senior Associate in the Deals practice to provide strategic advice and support for mergers, acquisitions, divestitures and restructuring projects in Abu Dhabi.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver strategic advice and business diligence services for client transactions.
- Analyse financial information focusing on quality of earnings, assets and cash flows.
- Build and maintain meaningful client relationships while managing expectations.
- Anticipate team and client needs and ensure high‑quality deliverables.

- Respond effectively to diverse perspectives and needs of stakeholders.
- Use a broad range of tools, methodologies and techniques to generate ideas and solve problems.
