Senior Associate – Development

About the role

The Senior Associate – Development will support Aldar Development in driving business development, feasibility analysis and delivery of large‑scale residential, retail and mixed‑use projects across Abu Dhabi. The role combines financial modelling, land‑use planning and coordination with multiple internal functions to ensure projects meet financial and schedule targets.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in business development and feasibility studies for land, residential, retail and mixed‑use assets.
• Develop and coordinate financial models and project costing with Partnerships & Investments, Operations and Project Management.
• Research land plot pricing, unit costs and phasing plans, and prepare infrastructure cost breakdowns (recoverable vs non‑recoverable).
• Monitor delivery progress, report on schedules, budgets and risk registers, and resolve development issues.

Required profile

• Minimum 6+ years of development management experience on large residential and retail assets valued at AED 500 million or more.
• Bachelor’s degree in real estate, land economics, property valuation, architecture or engineering.
