Senior Associate Director - Wealth Management & Private Banking

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Associate Director to lead our Wealth Management and Private Banking activities in Dubai. The ideal candidate has over ten years of experience delivering client acquisition, AUM growth and comprehensive financial solutions within the UAE market.

Key responsibilities

• Acquire and manage HNW/UHNW client relationships while driving AUM growth.
• Develop new business opportunities and achieve revenue targets.
• Advise clients on suitable investment, wealth management and private banking products.
• Maintain long‑term client relationships and ensure high service standards.
• Stay updated on market trends, investment products and client requirements.
• Ensure compliance with DFSA, AML, KYC and investment suitability requirements.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external counterparties to deliver tailored solutions.

Required profile

• 10+ years of experience in Private Banking, Wealth Management, Investment, Financial Markets or Financial Planning.
• Strong knowledge of private banking products and investment solutions.
• Proven track record in client acquisition, AUM growth and relationship management.
• Familiarity with UAE financial regulations and DFSA (preferred).
• Experience with private banks or EAMs operating in the DIFC (advantage).
