Senior Associate - Loyalty CRM & Digital Marketing

About the role

You will support Chalhoub Group’s loyalty marketing strategy, driving KPI and OKR achievement while integrating loyalty across brands, members and partner touchpoints. The role involves developing and executing digital and CRM initiatives to boost member engagement, retention and advocacy.

Key responsibilities

• Support loyalty brand building, channel performance and KPI achievement within budget.
• Collaborate with Analytics, CRM, Digital Media and Operations to design, test, launch and optimise loyalty campaigns and lifecycle projects.
• Develop and manage loyalty lifecycle programmes, segmentation, customer journeys and A/B testing.
• Maintain brand identity across English and Arabic content, proof‑read and copywrite as needed.
• Oversee content calendar, CMS updates and coordination with creative agencies for print and digital assets.
• Work with Central Media to plan and execute paid media campaigns and analyse performance.
• Report programme performance to senior stakeholders and manage invoicing for vendors.

Required profile

• 5+ years in omnichannel marketing for loyalty programmes or luxury fashion/beauty/hospitality.
• 3+ years in CRM/lifecycle marketing within loyalty.
• Fluent English and native Arabic, both written and spoken.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and presentation skills.
• Highly organised, detail‑oriented and able to manage multiple projects.
