Senior Associate - MENA Equities - Arabic speaker

About the role

The Senior Associate – MENA Equities Research will lead independent coverage of listed companies across the Middle East and North Africa, delivering high‑quality equity research, detailed financial models and valuation analyses to support the firm’s investment decisions and portfolio performance.

Key responsibilities

• Lead coverage of MENA‑listed companies across sectors such as banks, real estate, telecoms, consumer, industrials, energy and transportation.
• Build and maintain advanced financial models with forecasts, scenario analyses and valuation using DCF, Gordon Growth, residual income and relative methods.
• Produce investment theses and research reports with clear buy, sell or hold recommendations.
• Monitor company disclosures, earnings releases and macro‑economic developments affecting covered sectors.
• Engage with company management, sell‑side analysts and industry stakeholders, and present proposals to the Investment Committee.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in equity research, investment analysis or portfolio management, including at least 6 years covering UAE and GCC markets.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Arabic.
