Senior Associate – Procurement

About the role

Our client is looking for a Senior Associate – Procurement to source goods and services, ensuring business requirements are met on time, within budget, and to quality standards while adhering to procurement policies.

Key responsibilities

• Manage RFQ/RFP processes, coordinate with vendors and business units to obtain bids, proposals, and quotations within deadlines.
• Support bid opening with end users and Finance, submit bids for technical and commercial evaluation, and consolidate evaluation reports.
• Conduct supplier price negotiations under guidance of senior procurement leadership.
• Monitor execution of Purchase Orders, Contract Agreements, Service Level Agreements, and KPIs, ensuring alignment with business needs.
• Incorporate appropriate terms, conditions, and clauses into PO and contract documents in coordination with Risk and Legal.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or equivalent.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in Procurement or Supply Chain Management.
• Experience in the banking or financial services sector.
• Proven experience dealing with suppliers and using common business software applications.
• Knowledge of commercial agreements and business frameworks.
