Senior Associate Salesforce Lead

About the role

The Senior Associate Salesforce Lead will own the day‑to‑day operation of ALDAR’s Salesforce platform, ensuring delivery pipeline health, disciplined releases and platform stability for commercial operations. Working closely with the Salesforce Practice Architect and an outsourced Solutions Factory, the role translates the SVP’s commercial platform strategy into an adopted, high‑quality capability across the Group.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end Salesforce initiatives and enhancements through the outsourced Solutions Factory model.
• Own the platform backlog: intake, prioritisation with the SVP, specification, testing and release.
• Enforce disciplined release management across all Salesforce environments.
• Collaborate with commercial business teams to translate requirements into platform solutions and communicate progress.
• Apply and enforce design and configuration standards defined with the Practice Architect.
• Ensure quality of Solutions Factory output through code reviews, test coverage and environment hygiene.
• Support consolidation of fragmented Salesforce instances into a standardized Group estate and monitor platform health, license utilisation and user adoption.
• Manage escalated incidents and service requests in partnership with Technology Operations and managed services.

Required profile

• Minimum 8 + years of experience in Salesforce delivery roles, including leading delivery through partners or outsourced models.
• Hands‑on experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and platform configuration.
• Proven track record in release management, environment strategy and quality assurance on Salesforce.
• Multi‑entity or multi‑subsidiary experience is an advantage.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; Salesforce certifications (Administrator, Platform App Builder or Architect track) strongly preferred.
