Senior Associate Salesforce Lead

About the role

Run the Salesforce platform day‑to‑day, overseeing the delivery pipeline, release discipline and platform health for the Group’s commercial operations. You will work with the Salesforce Practice Architect and an outsourced Solutions Factory to turn strategy into adopted capability.

Key responsibilities

• Lead Salesforce initiatives and enhancements end‑to‑end through the outsourced Solutions Factory model.
• Own the platform backlog: intake, prioritisation, specification, testing and release, enforcing disciplined release management.
• Work with commercial business teams to translate requirements into platform solutions and communicate progress.
• Apply and enforce design and configuration standards, ensure quality of Solutions Factory output, and align changes with architecture, security and integration standards.
• Support consolidation of fragmented Salesforce instances, monitor platform health, license utilisation and user adoption.
• Manage escalated incidents and service requests, protecting stability of commercial operations during releases.

Required profile

• Minimum 8+ years in Salesforce delivery roles, including leading delivery through partners or outsourced models.
• Experience with Salesforce Sales and Service clouds, platform configuration, release management, environment strategy and quality assurance.
• Multi‑entity experience is an advantage.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; Salesforce certifications (Administrator, Platform App Builder or Architect track) strongly preferred.
