Senior Associate – Transfer Pricing

About the role

As a Senior Associate in Transfer Pricing you will support the tax service team by delivering accurate and timely transfer pricing analyses, documentation and advisory reports for UAE and GCC clients. Working under the guidance of an (Assistant) Manager or Director, you will interact directly with clients and help ensure compliance with local tax laws and international standards.

Key responsibilities

• Provide technical advice on transfer pricing positions, prepare functional and economic analyses and benchmarking studies.
• Prepare Local Files, Master Files and Country‑by‑Country Reporting documentation in line with UAE regulations and OECD guidelines.
• Draft requests for rulings, support tax return disclosures and coordinate project timelines and deliverables.
• Review junior work, share knowledge and contribute to internal process improvements.

Required profile

• Professional accountancy qualification (CA, CPA, ACCA) or equivalent and a bachelor’s or master’s degree in tax law or related field.
• 3–6 years of experience in tax advisory or transfer pricing, preferably at a Big 4 or top‑tier firm.
• Strong understanding of UAE corporate tax law, transfer pricing regulations and international guidelines.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel for financial modeling and analysis.
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI.
