Senior Auditor – Credit Review

About the role

The Senior Auditor – Credit Review will lead regular and special credit audits within ADCB’s Group Audit function. You will provide independent assurance to the Board, enhance internal controls and support risk‑management initiatives using data analytics and advanced technologies.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and conduct regular and specialised credit audits in line with audit standards, assessing compliance with Bank policies and identifying potential risks.
• Prepare and review BACC/BOD/CEO/Management reports, ensuring accuracy and adherence to required standards.
• Develop action plans, follow‑up with auditees, and escalate issues as needed.
• Monitor the risk register and audit programme, incorporating latest technical developments.
• Manage investigation assignments, special projects and whistle‑blowing cases, delivering insights to management.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in credit audits/reviews within banking or financial services.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, Finance or Computer Science.
• Professional certification such as CPA, CA, CIA or equivalent.
