Senior Avionics Systems Engineer

About the role

The Senior Avionics Systems Engineer will define and manage avionics system architecture, derive and allocate requirements across hardware, software and control domains, and ensure integration throughout the system development lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Develop subsystem architecture from high‑level requirements and allocate them to hardware, software and control domains.
• Manage system interfaces (ICDs), provide technical inputs to related teams, and coordinate lifecycle activities for requirements writing, verification and validation.
• Perform system‑level integration, verification, and support safety assessment and certification processes (ARP4754A, ARP4761, DO‑178C, DO‑254).

Required profile

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Aerospace, Electrical/Electronics, Control, Software Engineering or related field.
• Experience in avionics system development, system integration and requirements engineering.
• Knowledge of ARP4754A processes and safety assessment standards such as ARP4761.
