Senior B2B Marketing Manager (Crypto Payment Processing)

About the role

The Senior B2B Marketing Manager will work directly with the CEO to build, test and scale the marketing engine for a licensed international crypto payment processing platform serving B2B merchants in adtech, gaming, hosting and IT services.

Key responsibilities

• Establish and scale the B2B marketing function from scratch, testing low‑cost hypotheses and measuring ROI.
• Develop brand positioning, tone of voice and create sales collateral such as one‑pagers, case studies and pitch decks.
• Build multi‑channel acquisition funnels including performance marketing, SEO, PR, content marketing and offline event activations.
• Select, brief and manage external agencies and freelancers for design, copywriting, performance, SEO and PR.
• Plan and execute international B2B conferences, handling booth setup, client invitations and on‑site meetings.
• Conduct customer development interviews, competitor analysis and market sizing to guide executive decisions on target geographies and verticals.

Required profile

• Minimum 6 years of marketing experience, with at least 2 years in B2B fintech, payment gateways or crypto payment processing.
• Proven ability to build a marketing function as a solo marketer or within a small team.
• Experience setting KPIs, managing budgets and evaluating performance of external agencies.
• Fluent English (C1 level) and residence outside Russia and Belarus.
• Data‑driven, highly autonomous and comfortable receiving constructive feedback.
