Senior Bartender at Bahri Bar, Jumeirah Mina Al Salam

About the role

Jumeirah is seeking an experienced Senior Bartender to join the Bahri Bar at Madinat Jumeirah Resort starting October 2026. You will deliver exceptional guest service, craft a wide range of beverages and uphold the high standards of this luxury beachfront venue.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and serve cocktails, mocktails, wines, spirits and other drinks according to established recipes.
• Provide personalized beverage recommendations and upsell specialty items to enhance guest satisfaction and revenue.
• Maintain cleanliness, organization and presentation of the bar area at all times.
• Monitor stock levels, replenish supplies and ensure proper storage of beverages and garnishes.
• Adhere to health, safety, hygiene and responsible alcohol service standards.

Required profile

• 2‑4 years of bartending experience in a luxury hotel, high‑end restaurant or beach club.
• Strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wines and beverage preparation techniques.
• Excellent guest service and communication skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment with attention to detail.
• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.
