Senior Bartender – Luxury Hospitality

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Bartender to lead the bar service in a high‑end hospitality outlet in Dubai. The role combines expert cocktail preparation, guest interaction, and team leadership to deliver a luxurious experience.

Key responsibilities

• Identify guest needs, provide tailored bar service, and upsell appropriate beverages.
• Mix and craft cocktails and drinks according to recipes and themed concepts.
• Curate unique beverage recipes and recommend wine‑food pairings.
• Support fellow bartenders, ensure seamless service delivery, and manage bar transactions.
• Set up the bar, arrange displays, and maintain visual standards.
• Perform opening, closing, and cleaning tasks following checklists.
• Coordinate with stewards to keep the bar area hygienic and stocked.
• Oversee inventory, monitor expiration dates, and record perishable items.
• Complete daily, weekly, and monthly checklists and highlight replenishment needs.
• Adhere to responsible alcohol service policies, health, safety, and HACCP standards.

Required profile

• Higher Secondary School certificate.
• Basic Food and Hygiene Training.
• 2–3 years bartending experience in an international hospitality environment.
