Senior BIM Architecture Coordinator (UAE National)

About the role

We are looking for a senior professional to lead BIM and VDC processes across design, construction, and handover phases. The role involves coordinating BIM workflows among consultants, contractors, and internal teams to meet project and organisational requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Deploy BIM and VDC processes throughout all project stages.
• Integrate BIM workflows with consultants, contractors and internal teams.
• Ensure supply‑chain compliance with organisational and ISO BIM standards.
• Develop detailed BIM models and high‑quality renders for presentations.
• Conduct clash detection and manage coordination workshops with Lead Design Consultant and General Contractor.
• Perform geometric and information compliance checks against Level of Development (LOD) requirements.
• Manage the Common Data Environment (CDE) for efficient data exchange.
• Audit BIM/VDC models for accuracy, completeness and project compliance.
• Prepare reports on project progress, clash analysis and model compliance.
• Support continuous improvement of BIM and VDC quality processes.

Required profile

• UAE national with extensive experience in BIM coordination.
• Strong understanding of BIM and VDC standards, including ISO BIM requirements.
• Proven ability to work with multidisciplinary teams and manage complex coordination workshops.
• Excellent analytical skills for clash detection and model compliance verification.
