Senior BIM Engineer – Bridge and Tunnel Structures

About the role

The Structural BIM Engineer will create advanced 3D structural models for bridge and tunnel projects, implement automation workflows, and coordinate multidisciplinary teams. The role delivers project data through Autodesk Construction Cloud while ensuring compliance with ISO 19650 standards and BIM Execution Plans.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain 3D structural models for bridges, tunnels, piers, abutments, decks, reinforcement and related infrastructure using Revit.
• Implement automation and parametric workflows with Dynamo to improve modeling efficiency and accuracy.
• Perform BIM coordination with civil, MEP and architectural disciplines, including clash detection using Navisworks or Revit.
• Manage project models, data and deliverables within Autodesk Construction Cloud or equivalent CDE platforms, ensuring compliance with ISO 19650 and BIM Execution Plans.
• Extract quantities, schedules and annotations from models for documentation and reporting, and produce 2D drawings derived from the 3D model.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in civil or structural engineering.
• 5–8 years of experience in structural BIM engineering for bridges and tunnels.
• Proven ability to manage large Revit families and templates efficiently.
