Senior Brand & Internal Communications Designer

About the role

The Senior Brand & Internal Communications Designer will create high‑quality visual communications that strengthen AEGI’s corporate identity and improve information flow across the organisation. This senior, hands‑on position blends brand design, internal communications, corporate storytelling and creative production.

Key responsibilities

• Create visual assets aligned with corporate identity for digital, print, presentation, event and environmental formats.
• Design engaging internal communications such as newsletters, email updates, digital signage and infographics.
• Produce executive presentations, board materials and strategic reports with clear visual narratives.
• Develop campaign concepts, social media graphics, website assets and light motion graphics.
• Manage design projects from brief through final delivery, coordinating with agencies, freelancers and production suppliers.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication or related field.
• 7‑10 years of professional design experience, including at least 3 years at a senior level.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating brand design, internal communications and executive presentation work.
• Fluent English; Arabic highly desirable.

Required skills

• Advanced Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign.
• Advanced Microsoft PowerPoint.
• Figma or similar collaborative design platform.
• Working knowledge of After Effects and Premiere Pro.
