Senior Brand Marketing Associate

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Brand Marketing Associate to drive brand initiatives for our agro‑chemical products. The role will involve planning and executing branding campaigns, managing digital channels, and supporting budget and documentation processes.

Key responsibilities

• Support the creation and rollout of brand and product marketing campaigns.
• Coordinate timelines with agencies and internal teams, ensuring all deliverables meet brand guidelines.
• Maintain brand assets, guidelines, and creative material libraries.
• Assist with budget planning, expense tracking, and purchase request processing.
• Prepare internal reports, presentations, and campaign recaps.
• Conduct market research and analyse campaign performance using analytics tools.

Required profile

• Graduated or diploma in Marketing or a related field.
• 2‑4 years of experience in brand, product or digital marketing, preferably in FinTech, banking, financial services or telecommunications.
• Strong analytical ability to interpret customer insights and performance data.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for cross‑department collaboration.
• Detail‑oriented, proactive, and able to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
