Senior Business Analyst – Service Management & HR

About the role

Tremco CPG is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to support Service Management and HR processes within its SAP environment. The role focuses on delivering system support, enhancements, and training for users across sales, service, and HR functions, primarily for North American operations with potential global scope.

Key responsibilities

• Provide 2nd and 3rd level help‑desk support for SAP applications and related tools.
• Develop and deliver training sessions and materials for end‑users and IT staff.
• Conduct cost‑benefit analyses for system enhancements and process improvements.
• Act as liaison between business users, software vendors, and the broader user community.
• Participate in user groups to manage issues, evaluate enhancements, and share best practices.
• Perform systems analysis, design, configuration, data conversion, and special reporting tasks.
• Elicit, analyze, and document business requirements; prepare functional specifications for enhancements, integrations, and workflow changes.
• Collaborate with technical resources to ensure solutions meet business needs.

Required profile

• Senior‑level experience with SAP business application software.
• Proven ability to support Service Management and HR processes.
