Senior Business Development Manager

About the role

The Senior Business Development Manager will drive high‑value new business opportunities across the UAE real‑estate market for Bayut & dubizzle. You will apply a consultative, strategic approach, managing complex sales cycles and building strong relationships with senior decision‑makers.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop high‑value new business opportunities across the UAE real‑estate market through networking, market intelligence and targeted prospecting.
• Build and maintain a qualified pipeline, owning the full sales cycle from discovery to contract negotiation and handover.
• Conduct detailed discovery to understand clients’ business models, advertising strategies and growth ambitions, translating data into commercial recommendations.
• Lead commercial discussions, structure and negotiate multi‑stakeholder agreements, ensuring proposals are commercially sustainable.
• Collaborate with internal teams such as Sales Leadership, Strategy and Support to deliver tailored solutions and maintain accurate CRM records.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent commercial experience.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in real‑estate, prop‑tech, digital advertising, SaaS or data‑led sales environments.
• Proven track record in B2B/enterprise sales, solution selling and managing long sales cycles.
• Valid UAE driving licence.
