Senior Civil Draftsman – Power / Solar EPC

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Civil Draftsman to join our Power and Solar EPC team in Dubai. The role involves producing detailed civil and infrastructure drawings for utility‑scale power, solar PV and related projects, ensuring they are construction‑ready.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare site grading, earthworks, road and access track layouts, drainage and utility corridor drawings.
• Develop foundation, cable trench, duct bank, and substation civil works designs.
• Generate IFC, construction, shop/detail and as‑built drawings from engineering calculations, survey data and design mark‑ups.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary drawing revisions and adhere to drawing standards.
• Support project teams on Power EPC, utility‑scale solar PV, BESS, transmission and distribution infrastructure.

Required profile

• Diploma or technical qualification in Civil Engineering, Drafting or related field.
• 5–7 years of civil drafting experience on EPC projects.
• Strong command of technical English and ability to work independently.

Required skills

• Advanced AutoCAD 2D/3D.
• Hands‑on Autodesk Civil 3D.
• Familiarity with Revit, Navisworks and ACC/BIM 360 (preferred).
