Senior Civil & Infrastructure Draftsman – Power EPC

About the role

We are hiring a Senior Civil & Infrastructure Draftsman – Power EPC. We are looking for an experienced Senior Civil & Infrastructure Draftsman to join our engineering team in the UAE, supporting Power, Substation, Solar PV and Infrastructure EPC projects.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare site layouts, general arrangement (GA) drawings, grading, earthworks and site development plans.
• Design roads, access tracks, drainage systems, civil, RCC and structural drawings.
• Develop equipment and transformer foundations, control/GIS buildings, cable routing, trenches and duct banks.
• Coordinate underground utilities, earthing layouts, structural steel supports and substation infrastructure.
• Produce OHL/transmission drawings, solar PV site development and BOP infrastructure documentation.
• Generate BOQ and quantity take‑offs and manage drawing revisions, RFIs and redlines.

Required profile

• Diploma or technical qualification in Civil Engineering, Drafting, Architectural Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5–7 years of relevant drafting experience.
• Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD 2D/3D (mandatory) and strong hands‑on experience with Autodesk Civil 3D.
• Working knowledge of Revit and Navisworks.
• Solid experience in civil, structural and infrastructure drafting, preferably on Power, Substation, Utilities or Solar PV EPC projects.
• Good understanding of survey/topographic data, coordinates, levels and elevations.
