About the role
White Star Contracting is seeking an experienced Senior Civil Site Manager to lead construction activities on its Dubai projects. The role involves overseeing site operations, ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards, and managing resources to deliver projects on time and within budget.
Key responsibilities
- Ensure quality and safety construction standards are observed.
- Monitor daily site construction activities.
- Oversee delivery and distribution of required materials.
- Develop and implement the construction budget.
- Schedule tasks and coordinate team members.
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
- Minimum 8 years of UAE experience in a similar position.
- Strong team working and management capabilities.
