Senior Commercial Lawyer – In‑house Secondments

About the role

RAYNE is seeking experienced commercial lawyers to join its consultancy as consultants who will be seconded to client organisations across the GCC. You will act as an extension of in‑house legal teams, supporting businesses during periods of growth, transformation, or change.

Key responsibilities

• Draft, review and negotiate a wide range of commercial agreements, including MSAs, framework, SaaS, licensing, distribution and supply contracts.
• Provide day‑to‑day corporate and governance advice, support restructurings and advise on board matters.
• Assist business units with transactions, projects and strategic initiatives, managing legal risk and delivering pragmatic solutions.
• Operate confidently within fast‑paced in‑house environments, red‑flagging issues and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Required profile

• Admission to practice in a common‑law or recognised international jurisdiction.
• Typically 5+ years post‑qualification experience, with exposure to both private practice and in‑house roles.
• Adaptable, pragmatic and comfortable working autonomously as well as collaboratively.
• Consultant mindset with a strong desire to work closely with business teams.
