Senior Commercial Valuer

About the role

The Senior Commercial Valuer will be based in Savills' Sharjah office, leading commercial valuation assignments for a diverse client base that includes banks, international lenders, investors, family offices and REITs. You will work with an experienced team and help expand the business across the Middle East.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct professional property valuations for land, commercial and residential assets, including existing, new‑build and under‑construction projects.
• Liaise with clients to secure and manage valuation instructions.
• Coordinate with Savills' local teams across the Middle East and the wider UAE valuation network.
• Deliver portfolio valuations, bank instructions and one‑off mandates using Savills' proprietary tools.
• Contribute to team fee income and profitability, and mentor junior staff.
• Prepare high‑quality presentations, reports and ensure timely turnaround while maintaining quality control.
• Stay updated on market developments and share insights with the team.

Required profile

• Member of RICS with RICS Registered Valuer status.
• At least two years of experience in a client‑facing valuation role; 1‑5 years post‑qualification experience preferred.
• Knowledge of Middle East real‑estate markets is advantageous.
• Strong analytical mindset and ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Required skills

• Familiarity with Argus Enterprise.
