Senior Construction Manager – Abu Dhabi

About the role

KBR is seeking a Senior Construction Manager to lead large‑scale oil and gas construction projects in Abu Dhabi. The role involves overseeing site operations, managing multidisciplinary teams, and ensuring projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and within budget.

Key responsibilities

• Direct and coordinate all indirect and direct manpower on site.
• Drive progress against the project schedule and milestones.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
• Manage contracts, cost control, and change orders.
• Collaborate with engineering, procurement, and client stakeholders.
• Report performance metrics and resolve technical issues.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
• 25 + years of experience in the oil & gas industry.
• Minimum 10 years as a Construction Manager on oil & gas projects.
• At least 5 years in a senior construction management role within the Middle East.
• Strong leadership and excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
