About the role
Worley is seeking a Senior Construction Manager to lead brownfield EPC projects in Abu Dhabi. The role ensures safe, on‑time, and on‑budget delivery while meeting HSSEQ and quality standards.
Key responsibilities
- Lead PMC construction teams, coordinating all construction activities from FEED through EPC completion.
- Champion project safety culture, manage HSSE compliance, and oversee quality assurance.
- Review and approve contractor procedures, method statements, permits to work, and as‑built documentation.
- Monitor resource allocation, equipment delivery, and progress against the project schedule, reporting delays and corrective actions.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent.
- 15+ years of FEED/EPC execution in Oil & Gas or Petrochemical, with at least 5 years in the GCC.
- Experience on mega projects (>US$1 billion), including ADNOC, offshore, and brownfield assignments.
Required skills
- Construction management of FEED/EPC contracts.
- HSSE and quality management in large‑scale oil & gas projects.
- Permit‑to‑Work administration and contractor coordination.
- Constructability review and model review input.
