Senior Consultant – Advisory (UAE/Middle East)

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Consultant to join AECOM’s advisory team delivering transformation engagements across the UAE and the wider Middle East. You will work directly with client stakeholders, understand their priorities and help design and implement practical solutions that drive measurable performance improvements.

Key responsibilities

• Support delivery of organisational transformation, operating model and performance improvement projects through research, analysis and stakeholder interviews.
• Develop recommendations, options analyses and client deliverables, including target operating models, governance frameworks and implementation road‑maps.
• Facilitate workshops, stakeholder engagement sessions and change‑management activities.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, contribute to business development and coach junior team members.

Required profile

• 4‑7 years of experience in consulting, advisory, transformation or organisational design.
• Proven ability to conduct analysis, synthesize complex information and present clear recommendations.
• Strong stakeholder‑engagement skills and experience working on‑site with client teams.
• Excellent written, verbal and presentation abilities.
