Senior Consultant CRM Specialist

About the role

Linnk Group is recruiting a Senior Consultant CRM Specialist for a leading banking client in Dubai, on a 12-month renewable contract. The role centres on CRM customisation, C# plugins, JavaScript, Power Platform and system integrations, with experience delivering scalable CRM solutions, working with business stakeholders and operating in an Agile environment.

Key responsibilities

• Configure and customise Microsoft Dynamics CRM / Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement, including data model, security model and business process flows
• Develop C# plugins and custom workflow activities, and write JavaScript form scripts
• Build Power Pages / Power Apps portals for external users and Power Automate flows
• Integrate with the D365 Web API and other systems
• Use Azure DevOps for source control, work tracking and deployments
• Work onsite with business stakeholders in an Agile setup

Required profile

• 8+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM / Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement
• Comfortable working onsite and directly with business stakeholders in an Agile environment
• Nice to have: banking, financial services, credit bureau or regulated-sector CRM experience; UAE or GCC project experience; awareness of UAE data protection requirements and CBUAE expectations for financial data
