Senior Consultant ENT Surgeon – UAE

About the role

A leading healthcare provider in the United Arab Emirates is seeking a highly skilled Senior Consultant ENT Surgeon to join its multidisciplinary clinical team. Key responsibilities

• Diagnose and manage a wide range of ear, nose and throat conditions.
• Conduct comprehensive ENT consultations, assessments and treatment planning.
• Perform ENT surgical procedures according to clinical expertise and approved privileges.
• Manage pre‑operative and post‑operative patient care.
• Collaborate with other medical and surgical specialties to provide integrated patient care.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and adhere to quality and patient safety standards.
• Participate in multidisciplinary meetings, clinical governance and service development.

Required profile

• Board‑certified ENT specialist with a recognized qualification (American Board, UK CCT/FRCS, European Board, Royal College, Australian/New Zealand, Arab Board, MD/MS/DNB/FCPS, etc.).
• Eligibility for UAE DHA/DOH/MOH licensing and facility credentialing.
• Proven experience working in a multidisciplinary hospital environment.

Required skills

• ENT surgical procedures (e.g., functional endoscopic sinus surgery, tonsillectomy, thyroid surgery).
• Pre‑operative patient care.
• Post‑operative patient care.
