Senior Consultant – Global Business Services (GBS)

About the role

KPMG UAE is hiring a Senior Consultant to lead Global Business Services (GBS) and Shared Services advisory, managed services, transformation and outsourcing engagements. The role involves delivering end‑to‑end solutions across finance, HR, IT, procurement and other SG&A functions.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver GBS and SSC advisory, managed services, transformation and outsourcing solutions for clients.
• Support workstreams and mid‑size projects with planning, budgeting, quality control and transition management.
• Evaluate client current state, design Target Operating Models and conduct functional maturity assessments.
• Drive technology‑enabled finance and back‑office transformation, including automation and digitisation.
• Assist Directors and Partners in business development, proposal creation and thought‑leadership initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business, finance or accounting from a top business school.
• Minimum 5 years of consulting experience, preferably with a Big 4 or large outsourcing firm.
• Professional certifications such as CPA, CMA, PMP or Six Sigma are preferred.
• Fluent English; Arabic preferred.
