Senior Consultant, Management Consulting

About the role

Teneo's Management Consulting division advises senior leaders on strategic issues, combining rigorous analysis, commercial judgement and sector expertise. As a Senior Consultant you will support Managers, Directors and Managing Directors in delivering client engagements, managing smaller engagements or discrete workstreams within larger, more complex cases.

Key responsibilities

• Lead discrete workstreams or manage smaller engagements directly, with support from a Manager, Director or Managing Director
• Develop recommendations from initial hypothesis through refinement and validation
• Manage case or workstream teams day to day, including workload planning, delegation and coaching support
• Work independently with minimal need for support
• Build relationships with junior and mid-level client stakeholders and lead presentations to clients
• Support business development, including research, proposal development and thought leadership initiatives
• Support the development of junior team members

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or higher in any discipline
• 3-5 years' relevant experience in strategy, management consulting or a related advisory environment
• Preferred: fluency in Arabic, entrepreneurial mindset, experience leading workstreams, and additional languages at business communication level
