Senior Consultant – Oracle Cloud Fusion Data Migration

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Consultant to lead the end‑to‑end Oracle Cloud Fusion data migration for a client in Sharjah, UAE. The role will own the migration strategy across finance, payroll, procurement, SCM and PPM, working closely with the client’s data lead from blueprint through production cut‑over.

Key responsibilities

• Define and own the data migration strategy for Finance, Payroll, PPM, Procurement and SCM tracks.
• Identify master and transactional data elements, confirm sources, and create conversion strategy documents and mapping templates.
• Plan, execute and track three mock conversion runs and the final production cycle.
• Oversee extraction, cleansing, transformation, loading and reconciliation of data.
• Coordinate with client SMEs to validate data correctness and obtain sign‑off on reconciliation reports.
• Govern data migration workstreams across Oracle Fusion Finance, SCM, Procurement, PPM, EPM, HCM, Payroll, Reporting and Integration modules.

Required profile

• Senior‑level experience delivering Oracle Cloud Fusion data migration projects.
• Proven ability to work as a trusted advisor to client executives and business stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of finance, payroll, procurement, supply‑chain, project portfolio and enterprise performance management processes.
