Senior Consultant – Strategic Transport & Mobility Advisory

About the role

Jacobs is looking for a Senior Consultant to join its Strategic Transport & Mobility Advisory team in Dubai. You will help shape high‑impact transport and mobility projects across the region, advising public and private clients on innovative solutions for moving people and goods.

Key responsibilities

• Support delivery of multidisciplinary transport and mobility advisory projects, including urban mobility strategies, public‑transport policy, EV/AV deployment plans, freight and logistics advisory, and feasibility studies.
• Develop client‑ready outputs, coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, and prepare reports, presentations, and briefing materials for senior government and private‑sector clients.
• Contribute to policy frameworks, business cases, and implementation plans for both public and private sectors.
• Research emerging mobility trends and technologies such as smart mobility, Mobility‑as‑a‑Service (MaaS), low‑carbon transport and Intelligent Transport Systems (ITS).
• Assist in managing stakeholder consultation activities and ensure high‑quality deliverables.

Required profile

• Relevant experience in transport, mobility, or related advisory services.
• Strong analytical abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively in multidisciplinary teams and manage multiple tasks.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

Required skills

• Knowledge of urban mobility strategies, public‑transport policy, and emerging transport technologies.
• Experience with feasibility studies, business case development, and stakeholder engagement.
