Senior Content Manager

About the role

OneBullEx, a fast‑growing crypto futures exchange, is looking for a Senior Content Manager to shape its brand narrative and drive user acquisition. You will sit at the core of the Growth Team, turning complex blockchain concepts into engaging, high‑converting content for a global audience.

Key responsibilities

• Own the end‑to‑end content roadmap across blog, social channels (X, Telegram, LinkedIn) and email newsletters, aligning with business milestones.
• Define and maintain a consistent, authoritative brand voice, acting as the primary gatekeeper for storytelling across all digital touchpoints.
• Collaborate with SEO and performance‑marketing teams to produce data‑driven content that ranks, converts and retains users.
• Monitor crypto trends and market movements, quickly translating insights into timely commentary and educational pieces.
• Lead external contributors and designers, ensuring visual and written elements are perfectly synchronized.

Required profile

• 5+ years of content‑marketing experience, with at least 2 years in Web3 or FinTech.
• Deep understanding of crypto exchanges, trading psychology and current industry trends.
• Analytical mindset: uses data to guide content decisions and optimises for engagement and conversion.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, remote, globally distributed team.
