Senior Coordinator – Supply Chain (Shoes)

About the role

The Senior Coordinator – Supply Chain (Shoes) ensures accurate and timely processing of purchase and sales orders, stock movements, pricing updates and stock readiness for the footwear category. Working closely with suppliers, stores, warehouse, sales and internal teams, the role maintains product flow and resolves discrepancies across the supply chain.

Key responsibilities

• Process all purchase orders in the transactional CORE system and create accurate system transfers for merchandise movements (warehouse‑to‑store, intra‑store, inter‑country, return‑to‑vendor, temporary stock loans).
• Follow up with suppliers on back‑orders and keep the order log up‑to‑date.
• Support brand requirements by initiating timely merchandise movements and basic re‑orders to maintain stock coverage.
• Receive sales orders, register them on control listings, and ensure all customer shipping requirements are completed.
• Issue documentation, generate invoices, prepare credit notes and coordinate shipment follow‑up with clients.
• Collaborate with warehouse, sales and finance teams to resolve stock and invoice discrepancies.

Required profile

• Proven experience in supply chain or logistics coordination, preferably within footwear or luxury retail.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple order flows simultaneously.
• Excellent communication skills to liaise with suppliers, stores and internal stakeholders.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, multicultural environment.
