Senior Corporate Tax Consultant

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Corporate Tax Consultant to lead international tax engagements for our clients. The role involves delivering high‑quality tax advice, coordinating multi‑office projects, and supporting business development initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in tax and multifunctional project proposals, including writing and coordinating inputs.
• Deliver tax engagements for manager/partner review, ensuring timely and accurate deliverables.
• Build relationships with internal functions, network offices, lawyers, and investment managers.
• Coordinate multi‑office engagements, consolidate inputs, and manage overall deliverables.
• Ensure adherence to risk processes and consult with the risk team when needed.
• Maintain practice management tasks such as timesheets, billing, WIP review, and engagement closure.
• Communicate regularly with partners/directors on client, people, risk, and practice matters.

Required profile

• ADIT or accounting/legal qualification (CA, ACCA, CPA) with at least 4 years of international corporate tax consulting or M&A experience.
• Proven ability to work on cross‑border tax projects and interact with senior stakeholders.
• Strong business development and client relationship skills.
• Good risk‑management awareness and practice‑management capabilities.
