Senior Cost Manager - Civil Infrastructure

About the role

Mace is delivering a landmark city‑center development in Abu Dhabi, comprising external works, roads, utilities and bridges. The Senior Cost Manager will lead cost management across all project phases, ensuring financial performance and value optimisation for this iconic civil infrastructure project.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver cost management services throughout all project phases and sectors.
• Lead discipline‑specific areas using advanced technical expertise.
• Conduct feasibility studies and advise on procurement and contract strategies.
• Apply value management techniques to optimise project outcomes.
• Manage estimating and cost planning, presenting final cost plans to stakeholders.
• Oversee contract documentation, ensuring compliance and formal execution.
• Maintain cost control throughout the contract lifecycle, including monthly reporting.
• Mentor Cost Consultants and drive process improvements aligned with net‑zero objectives.

Required profile

• Degree in quantity surveying or cost management (or equivalent).
• Professional membership such as MRICS (or equivalent).
• Relevant Middle East experience is essential.
