Senior Customer Experience Strategy Specialist

About the role

As a Senior Specialist in Customer Experience Strategy, you will own the end‑to‑end customer journey, identifying pain points and delivering data‑driven solutions that improve outcomes. The role is hands‑on, requiring strong analytical abilities, clear communication and cross‑functional collaboration.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a long‑term CX vision and roadmap, using cohort analysis, funnel diagnostics and segmentation to uncover pain points.
• Own CX programs from problem definition through pilots, scale‑up and continuous optimisation, ensuring measurable business impact.
• Build success metrics, run pre‑ and post‑impact assessments and work with data‑science teams on predictive models such as churn risk and reorder probability.
• Communicate program updates and insights to senior leadership and market teams, creating clear slide narratives.
• Collaborate with Product, Tech, Ops and Market teams to align priorities, provide data context and unblock execution.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in management consulting or high‑growth start‑ups within customer experience, analytics, program management or strategy.
• Strong analytical skills with a high degree of ownership and ability to run programs end‑to‑end.
• Proven ability to communicate complex analysis simply and persuasively.
• Detail‑oriented with accountability for impact.
