About the role

The Senior Customer Service Officer will delight internal and external customers via phone, chat and email, handling inbound and outbound interactions while ensuring high service standards.

Key responsibilities

Delight internal and external customers via inbound and outbound calls, callbacks, chat and email.
Understand customers' banking needs and provide accurate information on procedures and products.
Resolve issues through live chat, email or telephone and perform root‑cause analysis and charge reversals when needed.
Convert sales opportunities to meet financial targets and capture customer feedback for product development.
Operate within the bank’s standard rules and guidelines in a call‑centre environment.

Required profile

University graduate, preferably with finance, banking or mathematics background.
1–3 years of customer‑service experience in a banking or financial setting.
Strong customer focus with excellent communication and listening skills.
Computer literate.
