Senior Data Analyst - Growth/Marketing

About the role

We are looking for a senior data analyst to support growth and marketing initiatives at Bybit. The role involves turning large, complex data sets into actionable insights that guide strategic decisions and improve operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Establish a comprehensive indicator system and monitoring framework aligned with business goals.
• Conduct thematic and in‑depth analyses to provide data‑driven recommendations for operations, marketing strategies, and product direction.
• Define data product requirements, collaborate with development and product teams, and drive the delivery of data products.
• Organize training and knowledge‑sharing sessions on data technologies across cross‑functional teams.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in statistics, mathematics, IT, economics or related field with 3‑5 years of relevant experience.
• Strong logical analysis ability, data sensitivity, and experience extracting core insights from large data sets.
• Excellent written English communication and proven ability to produce independent business analysis reports.

Required skills

• SQL for data extraction.
• Excel for data manipulation and reporting.
• PowerPoint for presentation of findings.
• Tableau for data visualization.
