Senior Delivery Engineer

About the role

The Senior Delivery Engineer will lead the physical and logical deployment of Open Innovation AI’s AI workload management platform at customer sites and data centres. This hands‑on role combines technical project leadership with deep expertise in infrastructure, Linux, and Kubernetes to deliver fully operational AI solutions on tight schedules.

Key responsibilities

• Lead technical workshops with clients, system integrators and third‑party vendors to define solutions based on best‑practice templates.
• Conduct site surveys and readiness assessments covering space, power, cooling, cabling, grounding and access.
• Produce high‑level and low‑level design (HLD/LLD) documents and rack‑and‑stack plans.
• Execute hands‑on installation of servers, storage, networking equipment and structured cabling, including labeling and verification.
• Install and configure Linux operating systems, Kubernetes clusters and Open Innovation software.
• Commission and validate the end‑to‑end environment, ensuring performance and reliability targets are met.

Required profile

• Proven experience (5+ years) delivering complex infrastructure projects in live customer environments.
• Strong problem‑solving mindset with the ability to work under tight timelines and multiple stakeholders.
• Excellent communication skills for workshops, documentation and stakeholder coordination.
