Senior Demand Generation Manager, Web & Content

About the role

SwapSwap is looking for a Senior Demand Generation Manager to own and scale its organic and demand‑generation ecosystem. You will turn the company’s website into a measurable pipeline engine by leading SEO, AEO, GEO, conversion optimization, and content initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute an organic growth strategy across SEO, AEO, and GEO to improve discoverability on traditional and AI‑driven search platforms.
• Identify high‑intent keyword opportunities, design content architecture, and build scalable backlink programs.
• Partner with web, design, and brand teams to run CRO experiments, optimize landing pages, CTAs, forms, and user journeys.
• Align paid and organic search strategies to maximize efficiency and conversion.
• Design AI‑assisted content workflows that enable rapid production, testing, and distribution at scale.

Required profile

• Senior‑level marketer comfortable with technical SEO audits, CRO experiment design, and content brief creation.
• Data‑driven mindset that measures success in pipeline impact rather than page views.
• Proven ability to work cross‑functionally with product, paid media, RevOps, and agency partners.
