Senior Designer

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Designer to lead interior design projects in Dubai. The successful candidate will translate client visions into detailed, build‑ready drawings while mentoring a growing design team.

Key responsibilities

• Develop creative design concepts and detailed construction drawings.
• Lead client meetings, presentations and project discussions.
• Guide and mentor junior designers and other team members.
• Coordinate with contractors, vendors and consultants to ensure smooth execution.
• Monitor design quality, timelines and budget compliance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in interior design or architecture.
• 4–6 years of relevant interior design experience.
• Strong portfolio showcasing completed projects.
• Excellent leadership, communication and client‑handling abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency in CAXA.
• Advanced AutoCAD skills.
• Experience with SketchUp.
• Knowledge of 3D Max or similar 3‑D visualization tools.
