Senior Designer

About the role
We are seeking a Senior Designer to lead interior design projects in Dubai. The successful candidate will translate client visions into detailed, build‑ready drawings while mentoring a growing design team.
Key responsibilities
- Develop creative design concepts and detailed construction drawings.
- Lead client meetings, presentations and project discussions.
- Guide and mentor junior designers and other team members.
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors and consultants to ensure smooth execution.
- Monitor design quality, timelines and budget compliance.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in interior design or architecture.
- 4–6 years of relevant interior design experience.
- Strong portfolio showcasing completed projects.
- Excellent leadership, communication and client‑handling abilities.
Required skills
- Proficiency in CAXA.
- Advanced AutoCAD skills.
- Experience with SketchUp.
- Knowledge of 3D Max or similar 3‑D visualization tools.
