Senior Development Manager – Healthcare Real Estate

About the role

The Senior Development Manager will lead healthcare real estate projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You will work closely with contractors, architects, government bodies and internal stakeholders to drive successful outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic plans for healthcare real estate projects aligned with corporate strategy.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting and financial analysis for each project.
• Create comprehensive project plans, track milestones, manage resources and report progress to senior leadership.
• Advise on medical and biomedical equipment, negotiate with vendors and collaborate with engineers to design specialized devices.
• Identify risks early and apply proactive mitigation strategies throughout the project lifecycle.

Required profile

• Degree in Construction, Biomedical, Electrical or Electronics engineering.
• 10+ years of experience in the healthcare industry, with strong knowledge of the healthcare market.
• International or regional experience in healthcare real estate development.
• Proven leadership, negotiation and networking abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
