Senior Digital Marketing Executive – E‑commerce (Google & Meta)

About the role

Digify Digital is seeking a senior performance‑marketing professional to lead e‑commerce shopping campaigns on Google and Meta platforms. The role focuses on driving profitable online sales, analysing performance data, and continuously improving return on ad spend (ROAS).

Key responsibilities

• Plan, launch and optimise Google Shopping, Performance Max, Search and remarketing campaigns.
• Manage Google Merchant Center, product feeds and ensure data quality.
• Create, monitor and scale Meta Advantage+ Shopping, Catalog/Dynamic Product Ads, retargeting and prospecting campaigns.
• Analyse funnel metrics (traffic, product view, add‑to‑cart, checkout, purchase) and adjust strategies to improve ROAS, CPA and AOV.
• Implement and maintain tracking via GA4, Meta Pixel and Conversion API.
• Test audiences, creatives, offers, landing pages and product sets to maximise efficiency.
• Oversee budget allocation, scaling winning campaigns while preserving efficiency.

Required profile

• Proven hands‑on experience managing e‑commerce brands with significant monthly media budgets.
• Strong analytical mindset with deep understanding of ROAS, CPA, conversion rate and customer acquisition cost.
• Ability to work on‑site in Dubai, manage multiple campaigns and meet tight deadlines.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Digital Media or related field; agency or e‑commerce background preferred.
