Senior Digital Marketing/ Performance Analyst

About the role

The Senior Digital Marketing/Performance Analyst will execute EasyLease Group’s digital marketing strategy across the Group and selected portfolio companies. The role focuses on strengthening digital presence, generating qualified leads and improving measurable commercial performance across paid, organic, web and social channels.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, launch, manage and optimise paid campaigns on Google, Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok/YouTube and retargeting channels, handling budgets, audiences, bidding, testing, CPL/CPA, conversion and ROAS.
• Own day‑to‑day SEO execution, including keyword research, on‑page optimisation, Search Console, local search, competitor analysis and coordination of technical fixes.
• Manage LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, Google Business and other profiles to ensure an accurate, active and brand‑consistent presence.
• Own GA4, Tag Manager, pixels, conversion events and UTM standards; monitor traffic, leads, funnel performance and channel efficiency, delivering concise weekly/monthly performance reports.
• Maintain advertising accounts, access rights, budgets, campaign records and vendor/freelancer deliverables while monitoring competitors, platform changes and AI/search developments.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business, Communications or a related field (professional certifications advantageous).
• 3‑5 years of hands‑on experience in digital/performance marketing, paid media, SEO and lead generation.
• Commercial, performance‑oriented mindset with strong ownership of results.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, organisational, communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
