Senior Digital Marketing Specialist – B2B Lead Generation

About the role

Tazweed is seeking a senior digital marketing professional to lead B2B lead‑generation campaigns for its recruitment and workforce solutions across the UAE. You will own the end‑to‑end performance of paid and organic channels, turning prospects into qualified opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, launch and optimise campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn and other relevant platforms.
• Generate qualified B2B leads targeting HR teams, hiring managers, business owners and corporate decision‑makers.
• Manage social media, content, website, landing pages, SEO and SEM activities.
• Design and refine lead‑generation funnels to improve conversion rates.
• Collaborate with Recruitment and Business Development teams to convert marketing leads into business opportunities.
• Monitor performance metrics such as CPL, CPA, conversion rate, ROAS and ROMI, and manage marketing budgets.
• Conduct competitor and UAE market analysis to uncover growth opportunities.
• Coordinate creative assets, agencies and external suppliers when required.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of hands‑on digital marketing experience, preferably in the UAE.
• Strong analytical, communication and campaign‑management skills.
• Excellent English; Arabic is a plus.
